Once you place your order you will be taken to a confirmations screen and you'll see the next steps to get the courses in your account.  It will either be (depending on timing of your order):

1) A note that we will upload the courses to your Actionera account within 48 hours

2) A link to download a ZIP file and instructions for you to upload the courses to your Actionera account right away.

One way or another you'll have your courses in your account to start using right away.
